These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Soul & Hope ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website.

2. Products and Purchases

All of our products are authentic, handcrafted Moroccan goods. Due to the handmade nature of these items, slight variations in color, size, and pattern are normal and contribute to the unique character of each piece. All transactions and purchases are securely processed through our integrated Etsy storefront. By purchasing, you also agree to Etsy's terms and conditions.
